Julie has been an R.M.T for over 33 years. With extensive experience, Julie offers deep tissue massage, trigger point release, neuromuscular massage as well as hot/cold therapeutic stone massage.  Julie has begun instructing other R.M.T's with continuing education classes teaching stone massage.  Julie takes a special interest in getting to the root cause of the problem.  She enjoys educating patients on computer-related strains and texting injuries. Excellent customer service is paramount to Julie and she has built her long career using these principles.

Kerry is both an R.M.T. and a BCRPA Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Leader.  Kerry has an excellent skill set of knowledge and tools to lead her patients to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  Kerry's massage style is just as diverse.  She does fascia work, trigger point release, active and passive table stretches, deep tissue and hot/cold stone massage. Kerry regularly instructs fitness classes at our local rec centres, as well as instructing yoga, and training programs for triathlon and cycling events.

What defines Gloria is that she is a friendly and honest person who is passionate about human interactions and helping people towards their health goals. Her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mexico gives her a different point of view regarding the connections between mind & body and how they have the capacity to affect/benefit each other. It is for this reason that she decided to explore other alternatives in how to help people in Canada.

Having received her Reg. Massage Therapy diploma from CDI in 2019, she is able to perform a wide variety of treatment techniques that range from the lightest Swedish massage to deep tissue massage, hot/cold therapeutic stone massage, relaxation massage, and injury recovery care.

Gloria strongly believes that a correct assessment from the start is the foundation of a successful treatment plan and will lead the way to a better understanding of the patient’s needs as a whole. Combining this with the comprehensive home care plans that she provides, all marks the difference in helping a patient achieve their health goals.

When Gloria isn’t at the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and two sons and travelling.

Minh graduated from WCCMT in the summer of 2022. Minh enjoys helping his patients improve their health and increase their sense of relaxation and wellbeing. He has numerous effective techniques that he can incorporate into a deep tissue massage, and when needed demonstrate therapeutic exercise for home care. Minh can also perform a relaxing Swedish massage to decrease your stress level and calm down your nervous system.

When not in the clinic, Minh likes to spend time with his wife, read, build gunpla(gundams) mechanical robots, eat delicious food, do archery, Minh is also a certified advanced open water SCUBA diver.
